Returns & Exchanges

At Ighra Perfumes we are confident you will be happy with every purchase you make with us. We understand that at times you may either want to return or exchange your product at Ighra Perfumes.

The below sets out our policy and process regarding Returns and Exchanges.

When requesting for a return or an exchange we ask you complete our Refunds & Exchanges form and send this to us via email to support@ighraperfumes.co.uk.

1. Returns

Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges within 14 working days. Claims made after 14 days will not be processed.

1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

1.2. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are perishable (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines) or where they are intimate or sanitary goods (like underwear), or where they are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

1.3. Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment (e.g. a downloadable software product) or a gift card or gift wrapping service

1.4. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. 

1.4.1.You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us. Please ensure you clearly indicate the reason for your return on our Returns & Exchanges form.

1.5. If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction

1.6. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

1.7. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

1.8. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

1.9. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it will not be eligible for a refund. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase. 

2. Exchanges

Our standard Exchanges policy entitles you to a full exchange of the purchase price only  within 14 working days. This does not include postage and packaging charges. Claims made after 14 days will not be processed.

2.1. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

2.2. Similar to our returns policy, certain items will not eligible for exchanges where they are perishable goods (refer to 1.2)

2.3.  Similar to our refund policy (refer to 1.4) if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to request an exchange for another product that is equal to the same cost of the original purchase price. If you had purchased with a discount voucher/code then we will refer to the cost you paid inclusive of this when exchanging your product. This does not include the original postage and packaging charges made. 

2.3.1.You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us. Please ensure you clearly indicate the reason for your return on our Returns & Exchanges form.

2.4. Once you have returned the product you wish to exchange to us, similar to our refund policy (refer to 1.6) we will inspect the product and then contact you to confirm the next steps of the exchange

2.4.1. We will refer to the completed Refund & Exchanges form when processing the exchange. It is important that you complete this form with all the necessary and correct information as once the exchange has been completed you will be unable to make any further changes or requests. 

2.5. When posting your exchanged item(s) we will refer to the same postage selection and related cost that was made with your original purchase.

The above mentioned policies around our Refunds and Exchanges does not affect your statutory rights.
